Our distinctive and succulent Rory MacDuff beef is sourced from the Scottish glens and matured traditionally on the bone to provide the ultimate carnivorous experience.


Blythburgh Pork

Blythburgh Free Range Pork are born outside and spend their entire lives outdoors in the fresh air, with freedom to roam in large paddocks, rooting around in our sandy Suffolk soil and playing with their fellow pigs.


Castle Farm

Rearing native European breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Devon, Sussex, Limousin, Charolais and Simmental. Every animal is reared to high welfare standards and air-dried for 3 weeks, ensuring superb quality and taste.

Sutton Hoo

Sutton Hoo Free Range Chickens are chickens with a difference. A traditional slow growing breed, the birds roam freely on 40 acres of pasture overlooking the River Deben.


Currently at its best is our Welsh organic lamb, as well as a Suffolk-cross-Texel salt march lamb. We have expanded our range of delicious handmade sausages and marinated meats, and will stock a variety of seasonal products in the run up to Christmas.
